RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. All products purchased on www.radicousa.com can be returned as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased within the last 15 days

  • The product is in its original sealed packaging 


Damaged items

 

  • If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Wholesale orders are final. Please contact customer service with any questions.

Shipping charges


Unless otherwise discussed with Radico USA Inc. customer service, shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. Likewise, all return charges are at the buyer’s expense.

Once we receive your return, we will issue a credit or refund within 10 business days and send you an email confirmation. Please bear in mind that it can take several days for the transaction to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
